From the project site or steel fixer of the purchase, the cut rebars will be delivered to the workshop of Yau Lee factory at Yuen Long for the rebar preparation works. Before the rebar is hardening or threaded, the following works will be carried out:-

從項目現場或採購的鋼筋固定器，切割的鋼筋將被運送到元朗有利工廠的車間進行鋼筋準備工作。在鋼筋硬化或穿螺紋之前，將進行以下工作：-

ORDER VERIFICATION  訂單驗證

• Purchases Order will be checked against quotation in terms of client name, bar size, length, quality of threads and couplers, accessories included.

​

• 採購訂單將根據客戶名稱、棒材尺寸、長度、螺紋和連接器的質量、包括的配件等方面的報價進行檢查。

 

STEEL BAR HANDLING / STORAGE  鋼筋處理/存儲

• Put bundles in an area with easy access for re-handling. Make sure the reinforcing bar is placed on timbers. Make sure the identification tags are at the same end for quick identification. When bars are removed, make sure the identification stays with the bundle and doesn't get lost.

• 將包裹放在便於重新處理的區域。確保鋼筋放置在木材上。確保識別標籤位於同一端以便快速識別。移除條形時，確保標識留在捆綁包中並且不會丟失。

CUTTING 切割

• Production form for each sales order will be generated for cutting machine operations before production

• 生產前會為每個銷售訂單生成生產表格，用於切割機操作

​

• Cutting equipment is operated by well-trained operators

• 切割設備由訓練有素的操作員操作

​

• Cut length satisfy with BS8666 standards in accordance with Hong Kong Construction Standard

• 切割長度符合香港建築標準BS8666標準

 

Yau Lee will ensure the following for the rebar condition:

• End of face of the rebar should be within square

• 鋼筋端面應在正方形範圍內

• Straightness of rebar before hardening/threading process

• 硬化/螺紋加工前鋼筋的直線度

• Rebar end without sharp burr

• Mild end of rebar occurrence

• 鋼筋無損
